What worked: quick setup, page scanning with advice attached, and the visitor-facing widget with controls such as adjustable font size. He notes “quick reply to my questions from the support team.”

What did not, at the time: not all of the widget was translated into other languages, and the screen reader skipped some words.

He expected both to be fixed. Worth reading with the date in mind — this review predates most of the others here by roughly a year, so it is a snapshot of an earlier version of the product rather than a current one.

The founder replied two days later and acknowledged both gaps directly.
