About this site

Disclosure. This site is published by the WebAbility team. We did not write the reviews. Every review here was posted by a verified AppSumo purchaser, and each page links back to the original so you can check it.

Where the reviews come from

WebAbility.io holds 4.96 out of 5 across 27 verified reviews on AppSumo. This site reproduces all 27 of them, with a link from each to its original.

One discrepancy worth stating plainly: AppSumo's listing header currently reads 4.9 across 26 reviews, but 27 individual reviews are live on that listing, with no duplicates. We publish all 27 and show the average of those 27 (4.96). If AppSumo's header is the number you need, use theirs.

We include the criticism as well as the praise. That means the one review in the set that is not five stars, the reviewer who found the widget was not fully translated, the reviewer whose screen reader skipped words, and the reviewer who could not tell that ~200 discovered fixes still needed to be applied. Those are in here on purpose. A page that only carried the good ones would not be worth reading.

What WebAbility.io is

WebAbility.io is a web accessibility platform. It scans a site for barriers in content, navigation, forms and media, automatically corrects the items that are safe to change — alt text, ARIA labels, contrast, focus order — and routes the rest to human review.

It is built against these standards:

It installs on Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Webflow, and integrates with GoHighLevel. Alongside the scanner there is a visitor-facing widget with accessibility profiles, a screen reader and controls such as text sizing.

A note on how to read any review page

Reviews carry dates, and accessibility tooling moves. The two oldest reviews here are from May 2025 and describe problems the later reviews do not mention. That does not make them wrong — it makes them a snapshot. Check the date on anything you read, here or anywhere else.

Be equally careful with third-party "review" sites that quote monthly pricing tiers for this product. Those are usually affiliate pages written without hands-on testing, and the pricing they list does not match the actual listing.
